Please check a few things in advance to make sure the product itself is defective. Sometimes, nothing is really wrong, and the problem is easy to fix:
- Please switch off the device and leave it unplugged for a few minutes, then switch it on again.
- Check if the batteries are charged.
- Remove the speaker from your playback device's Bluetooth list, and simply re-pair them.
